Late Stage End of Range Shoulder Flexion

There are a large number of patients we have seen who came to use from other therapists who whilst being treated for shoulder problems actually never for their problem or injury completely treated. So in order to work on end of range shoulder injuries her is a simple exercise that you can do.

Exercise

This si a late stage end of range shoulder flexion rehab exercise

Place a basketball in your hands as in the first picture.

Simply raise your arm up and shoulders pushing the ball toward the ceiling

Bring it back down again

Repeat 7 times for 2 sets

Make it harder

Place a basketball in your hands as in the first picture.

Simply raise your arm up and shoulders pushing the ball toward the ceiling and forwards slightly, keeping control of the ball

Bring it back down again
