Some of the patients who have attended Therapyroom1 with back, hip and knee pain they tell us that they were performing these stretches and then “something went”. Well I am here today to tell you to STOP this stretch. Readers, this stretch is a waste of time and actually causes more damage to your body than it creates a positive benefit.
