Murchington Bell Ring

This is a great exercise that we created which works many upper body muscles in one move. This idea is similar to the cable pull down but we changed it so that this works in a better rehabilitation way for:

  • Biceps and triceps
  • Ribs
  • Trapezius
  • Lower back
  • Latissimus dorsi
  • Rotator cuff muscles (3/4 of them)
  • Rib fractures
  • Torn shoulder ligaments
  • Humeral repair or replacement (shoulder)
  • Rotator cuff injuries
  • Tendonitis

Level Intermediate to End state/return to sport

This rehab exercise will deliver an immediate response in the muscles, tendons and joints.
